Default old account - DSR question

I have an old account that has 4.7 and above for all 4 DSRs. But the % for 1 and 2 stars isnt so good. It has 1% for item as described. 1% for dispatch time and 1.66% for open cases.

I stopped selling on this months ago and started selling on a second ebay that is linked too it. This new account is doing well. Minimum 4.9 for DSRs and zero 1 and 2 star ratinsga cross the board. It really is performing well fingers crossed.

My question is on this second account that is performing well. Can i make PS and TRS? Or will the first account hold me back?

I've got my fingers and toes crossed hoping that this second account is still able to make it. I really do need to make TRS badly!

Do you mean i can get DSR on second account without improving the ratings on the first account? Or do i need to improve the first account first?

Either way thanks for the tip i will sell some smaller items on the first account.

Where do i state that i accept 14 days returns on my account? I need to do this for TRS i believe.

Its already below standard mate. Open cases is the offender. i've not sold on it for months although i've just listed some small items. I can only list 30 items a month.

I'm sorry but I'm lost here. What are DSRs;TRS;Ps? I saw something flagged on my Ebay account and I haven't a bloody clue what it's for."your above standard is at risk" Item as described 1.32%(4). All others .33%. What does it all mean and should I be worried?

OK point taken. It was all there in Ebay when I took the trouble to look. My excuse is that I've been out of the loop for some years and ebay has changed considerably in that time. I came back from Asia stony broke only a few months ago and have been going through a steep learning curve since. The dashboard was the least of my concerns. I need all the help I can get. I was lucky, my old account was still there without restrictions, but I've made so many mistakes I expect to be closed down anytime.
