Yodel uk problems anyone?

anyone noticed poor service from yodel recently ? east europeans in un marked vans collecting , an no one answer the phone at any branch ?

wow i must have been lucky so far. Ive already stopped using hermes i had a 20kg parcel arrive with a lady with a fiat panda on the school run and she couldnt pick it up. i tend to book through parcel2go and interparcel maybe use city link now. thanks for your experiences

From what I've gathered it's a location problem too.

South-west of the country they are OK-ish.

Such a pain if you pick a courier hoping for less troubles
