I've always preferred using RDP servers rather than any of the other options for multiple IP's. For the most part, they are not too expensive and 9 times out of 10 you'll find they are pretty much clean for Paypal use. As in never been used before.
The only time that you would need to worry is that if you're under manual review by paypal/ebay because anyone doing a whois on the ip itself will see that the ip belongs to a web hosting datacenter and that might raise a red flag which may or may not be easily explained. Although, who knows whether they will check that or not.

Another VPS user here, been using for a couple of years no problems. Also started using Strongvpn which also works, although the connection keeps dropping.

A second month has gone, and I never had any problem with the 10 stealth accounts mounted on VPS servers as part of my test.
eBay and Paypal continued happy with the way I am doing business and never had stop or limit any of this accounts, in fact I already create another 10 new accounts to keep growing and now I have 20 stealth accounts total selling over 1,500 different products in my stores.
And this Christmas although is not the best one in sales I had, but I am keeping a steady gross sales of 30% of my products (450) with an average of 12 sales per day per each product.
I will return at the end of December and let you know what happend before the end of the world arrive with my 20 Stealth accounts mounted on VPS server accounts.
