Default Seller fees...shall I pay them???

Hi all
my paypal got limited and permanently suspended but the ebay linked to it did not.
Now, I have about £600 locked on that paypal that will be released after 180 days, also ebay fees are now due. Obviously the ebay attached to this paypal is also dead? I have contacted ebay and told them to get fees from my paypal as funds are there but they do not want to do that as they say paypal is limited??
What would you do?

Is the account real in your name? (friend or relative)

Is it worth not paying and having collections come after you?

£600 locked in paypal and roughly £600 in fees. I was hoping for a way to pay the fees with that but I don't see a way to do it

Yes I understand it is a shame but you should move on to new accounts. This ebay is linked to a limited paypal which makes the ebay flagged and just as bad

Rather different in the UK rather than the US.

I'm not going to tell you what to do, I'll just tell you what I'd do.

I wouldn't pay the fee's just yet. When they send the the debt collectors, tell them PayPal have the money, and the fee's will be paid when you get paid.

They'll keep ringing, writing twice a month. But it can't affect your credit whatsoever unless they get a CCJ, and I've NEVER heard of anyone being taken to court for eBay fee's.

Make them wait, like your waiting for yours.

But why would you want to begin being bother by credit collectors?

Yes I agree that it does seem different if they cant affect your credit whatsoever then.

Would love to do this! unfortunately I do not even want to go through the hassle of having debt collectors calling me so I might just bite the bullet. Pay now, wait for paypal to release and open a bunch of new stealth.
It had been a rubbish month so far with both paypal and amazon closing my main accounts down just before the Christmas sales!!!
