Default stealth accounts usage & variations?

In the past, I'd create stealth accounts and sell a few thousand dollars worth of items, and then casually abandon the account to avoid paying the $100-500 bill that I'd rack up. Recently I'm starting to think this may not be a good idea because it's so much more convenient to keep a single account and build up a good reputation on it. I was wondering what approach you guys take.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

I think you know what to do. Reputation, trust, it's everything.

You will make much more money by concentrating on these two things.

creating a reputation on ebay is worth its weight in gold selling and dumping accounts to skip on the bill isnt good for long term success

The approach I take does not include being a thief.

The approach I take doesn't make eBay and PayPal create additional measures making it harder for honest sellers to endure.

Fair enough and I agree completely. It's definitely better to create an honest account and build a good reputation. I think that is the approach I am going to take from now on.

Especially in the US with the newer laws Regarding Paypal and barriers to create new stealth accounts you are much better building them for the long term. No questions asked. The wild west days at-least in the US of the early 2000's are largely over. You have to have a plan to be in for the long term.
