Then once settled down use it for my normal business .
This may or may not be your problem but from my experience it certainly was mine .
And if your dealing in used car parts invoices can sometimes be more complicated but all workable.
Thats not cool! What about brand new car parts like performance upgrades? As thats the route I was taking this account anyway however I just wanted to list a few things this month to get the ball rolling.

Invoices certainly are a nightmare as I buy alot of parts from scrapyards for cash as I know I can turn it for good profit

Brand new is not really any better im afraid .. loads of vero aftermarket stuff about and they know it.
I have been known to list new items as used just to try to avoid the ever watching eye but its not a long term solution .
Selling car parts can be very very profitable but its a high risk product for ebay .
Your plan will reap rewards eventually but your just going to have to start off selling things you normally would not look twice at .
And if your buying used parts for cash from scrap yards you better get your photoshop skills honed .

This is getting really frustrating, I am not a scammer I just genuinely want to sell my products online and every time getting stung by the *******s :(
'Hustler86 is doing a lot of sucking up at the moment. He's grovelling. He knows why too. Dont be put-off by his silliness. ffs

99% sure this is a paypal limitation based of their perceived risk factors.

Until your account is matured, paypal will give you the run around.

Not sucking upto any GB, just stating facts. Just because i've pretty much taken my own steps with PP, doesn't mean new members have to either. I'd say it's more am wising upto and learning from my pp mistakes.
It's good to see GB is helping you out with this..as GB said (which was pretty much what I said anyway)..new accounts are seen as a risk, it's all do to due with risk factors..Why don't you get a stealth/create one yourself and follow the steps of the stealth guide? Let it mature like GB says and also take Bruce's advice..sell a few small items from charity etc..and then once it's matured a while start selling the car parts etc..this would seem alot less risky for PP and with the maturity of the account mean less limitations so fast.

The account could be linked with an old one, see here where a user got an email with the same code.

Like stated matey I do have other accounts that are not currently being used, I am letting them age a little before using them I will have to list a few non risk items.

I never knew used car parts were such high risk :(

Doesnt matter what your main product line is ..
It doesnt work like that .
I sell high end exotic car parts that average £750 per item .
But my stealths are selling junk at £5 per item .
You cant expect to fund your life from new stealths .
Its a waiting game .

I think Bruce gave you the best advice personally..and GB is always saying to me let accounts age..so think thats probably what your next step is..you can always fight PP, if you don't win then you've not lost anything..as the accounts already limited..is this a stealth account or real?

I hear what your saying... Out of interest what car parts do you sell for exotic cars?

That is an expensive line to be in!

Dont worry I work with performance cars, not exotic, but big turbos etc, however I currently dont even have a car as a lovely women wrote it off for me a few weeks back... Bring on my payout

But back to the subject, I am not sure if I should fight this account or just move on.

If its move on my next question is how do I reset the ipad ready for a new account, obviously new sim for new IP but do I need to factory reset the ipad and rename it etc?

of course provide it - this is not a fight, they just asked for info.

you buy from scrapyards, well run around and get some receipts if poss, if not make them..

and explain, this is how you buy USED car parts...they are just covering themselves.

if they say no after that, well you tried.
