How many times can I use an address...

Hi,

I will soon have access to a new clean address, and was wondering how many variations can I use this address for stealth purposes, or how many flats/suites/apartments can I squeeze out of it?

The house will come up in the Royal Mail database, but any flat/suite/apartment I create from it won't, will this be a problem? Has anyone else done anything similar?

You can make as many variations as physically possible but try and make sure its apartment A of such a building followed by a building number - this is how I make mine and they run well.

Not sure about how it will show in a database but I would assume it just wouldnt confirm the information so at a later date you will need to get creative to prove you live at the address.... utility bills etc

You can use 3 to 4 times.Just use building name,apartment number ect

The only problem with this is that if one account goes down then the others are likely to follow.

e/b are no fools in these matters, it doesn't take a lot to for them to verify an address fully as all new build property and conversion addresses in the UK legally must be registered with Royal Mail so they are on record even before a database update.

Anyone can call RM to check an address actually exists.

No reason to use it over and over even with a variation.

Esp if you are planning on making it a buyers account also.

Many when they move use the new address for a new account and like it because it gives them a new buyers address as well as a sellers address.

Many other ways to get addresses to use and not waste or risk your good one.

Did you repeat it because another user made a similar post?

FYI, it would be very silly for the OP to use his address with variations.

Now, go read the post by the user NoneOther. He explains the reasons the advice to date stinks.

If this account is looked at by a person, the address variations will show. The 3 or 4 times use you said to do will FAIL.

OP, please read the thread carefully. You need to be careful in your choices of re-using addresses.

What is this? So incorrect.

If you are going to use the same address, you need to MODIFY a lot so it looks completely different.

BUT...its so easy to obtain a new address.
