I read the eBay Stealth, it's really helpful.
However I have a question relates to SSN.

I have a friend, who is willing to provide his SSN to me, however he used to have one ebay account, but the account was limited due to a unpaid purchase.

He never had a paypal. He didn't remember whether he had provided ebay with his SSN or not.

If he had gave his SSN to ebay already, can I use his SSN again?

I had my first ebay account 3 years ago, I really didn't remember when I need to provide SSN to ebay or paypal.

by the way, his account was simply a buyer account.

but that's what eBay Stealth said. add SSN as a bonus.

Its a 50/50. They probably still have his ssn on record. All you can do is try. Just know that if your selling vero and got returns remember to be responsible for any fee that might incurr even after you have sold or it ill come back on the ssn provided.

So what the ebay Stealth Book taught is just about creating short lasting accounts? I assume we don't need an SSN to create a new stealth account, but when it comes to account verification or to lift paypal limitation , if I cannot provide the SSN, will the account be terminated ???

You are missing a big point that no one on this thread has been hitting - a PROPER stealth account (creation+operation+other details) can be worked without ever needing SSN or such. Don`t reuse SSN - why risk being linked in the future?

I will include one caveat: my statement does not hold weight if you hit the 200 sales/20k transaction.
