i've got several accounts with Halifax. my main stealth account takes 3 days to withdraw no matter how much it is. my other account, that i hardly use and isn't very old, takes less than a minute to withdraw funds from. stupid really. i don't think it matters what bank it is, it's down to PP and their silly rules
