Default Cashing out Paypal where you don't have access to the address help / advice

Hi all. I have a paypal account and I don't have access to the address, but there is money in there just sitting doing nothing. I don't want to send it all to another paypal to raise suspicion and get it limited. What could I buy off ebay to re-sell to get some of the money back maybe or use myself?

I thought about gift vouchers but alot you have to swipe and don't have a voucher code number. Then you also have to email the seller in the first to confirm they would be willing to email the card number instead of post it.

Any & all other suggestions are welcome!

Thanks

Hmm buying money as in £50 notes etc requires a delivery address so wouldn't work.

Could you PM me just 1 or 2 UK shops that I could pay with paypal with?

Cant you just add a bank account to the paypal?

if not then what about sending the payment to a friends paypal as a gift and getting the money from them (depending on how much you have)

Another option is to join up with paddy power or similar bookies and add a bank account from your paddy power account do a small bet and withdraw the rest.

Find a collect only item on ebay where the seller insists on PayPal (despite that being a bad idea for collected items!) something that either you can sell at the same or higher price on gumtree (Gumtree is an eBay company though... so perhaps be careful there), pre-loved etc or sell to a friend or family member, enthusiast forum, specialist site etc.

That way there aren't transactional costs other than travel costs and you could also bag a profit on top if you pick wisely.

Or... even if they dont accept paypal, if you leave it till they open an unpaid item case then you're compelled to pay with PP to close the case and then collect.

there are a lot of ways, and not everybody (including myself) wants to post the method in fear of over use and the method eventually getting banned/stopped

spend some time on a few ideas, you can always buy from websites if worst comes to worst

try boots or BHS

exactly google things like terms like 'click and collect'
alot of places want to see id if you collect, the paypal needs to be in
at least a name variation.

They are not necessarily national chains, some are local independant places. I found a few just when I was looking to order stuff not for cash out reasons, noticed they accept paypal and accept pick up too.
