Too angry yesterday to write about this stupid customer

Something is very wrong with the post office[s] in Brooklyn. In a nutshell, they don't deliver mail, they return it. When I fell into that experience, I did a google search and found a Yelp page with a laundry list of complaints from Brooklynites. This was awhile back, don't know if it has improved. I got my customer's package back and re-sent it via Fedex Ground.
