Default Router Q

Hi, I'm looking to start some stealth accounts, I'm not fully prepared at the moment however my question is regarding my current router

When i log onto certain sites it will state my last sign in IP and its always different.
I have recently been suspended from ebay ad pp

My question is What are the chances of me simply restarting the router each time to make a few new accounts and it matching one of the previous IP's used on the restricted accounts?

I'm not keeping this router so if i make a few accounts then change the router will this effect the new accounts in any way by switching to a different router?

I'm eager to get going you see but unable to get a router until end of the week.

I was thinking of buying 1 router per account however for the time being am i able to make plenty of accounts using 1 router by simply resetting the router each time?
This is just to get them started for some aging then when start selling on them to link them each with there own router? Will this cause any problems?

Here's a little test you can do:
Go to IP Burger - Track Your IP Address!
Write down your IP at that moment.
Restart your Modem.
Go back to IP Burger - Track Your IP Address!
Write down the IP at that moment.
Now compare the 1st IP and second IP.
If the second is different from the first then you may be lucky and have the ability to get a new ip which comes in handy when running several accounts.

Thanks for the reply, i have already done this and yes it changes, what i mean is though this is an old router that i have used on other ebay pp accounts that got restricted

When i log onto a certain site it states my IP and from the beginning (a year ago) it had always stated a different IP for some reason

I'm going to replace this router however i'm eager to get going, just wondering if this will cause problems?

Won't cause problems as long as you log each IP change.

Its an old router though and as i say i have noticed its IP change on its own
I have not logged any before and i used ebay and paypal alot (not stealth)

I think i will just replace the router and start again and log the IP's

If i use and keep a new router for each account im guessing i wont need to keep tracks of IP?

Belkin N150 ADSL2+ has a modem. If you have this, your modem is integrated.

Belkin N150 Wireless Router does not have a modem.

I'm going to change it still just encase somehow it links to my old accounts.

Here is my plan:

buy 3 N150 ADSL2+ routers
2 of the Routers have 1 account each on them (these will be the ones i use from the start of setup) this way i don't need to keep track of the IP yes on these accounts??

On the 3rd Router make Many accounts while turning the Router off/on each time making sure IP don't match
These accounts can then age and when i decide to use them assign them to their own Router

Please tell me if i have 1 account per Router will i need to bother checking for the IP's?

The router hardware itself is irrelevant. You'll change your IP turning your modem on and off again if it's dynamic.

Thanks, I now this though.

Its not what i'm asking

The IP changes so it must be dynamic.

I read that people will have 1 Router per account, is this because you will have no chance of crossing IP's with the other accounts?

I understand the process but i'm lost with the IP side of things, I want it as simple and as cheap as possible.

Cheap is dangerous.

Cost money to make money.

Why are you thinking of running two accounts off the same range of IPs????

Huh? 2 accounts of same IP?

I'm thinking of buying 1 Router per account. I wouldn't run 2 accounts on the same IP

What i'm thinking is 3 Routers to start with, one of them Routers i will make sure the IP is different every time while I'm making plenty new accounts where as the other 2 Routers will be assigned to 1 account each.

The Routers that are assigned to 1 accounts each are they safe from ever crossing IP's ?

In other words do i need to check the IP on the accounts even if they have there own assigned Router?

You dont need more router+modems for different IP - you need 1) more internet provider companies or 2) more ACTUAL internet connections e.g. if you use 1 dynamic IP provider...you would need to have 3 separate connections so 3 x IP accounts

Whats the easiest way

Sorry, i will get it in the end

I just read through the stealth guide again and it clearly states that you can change your router over per account, each Router has a different Mac address.

Different Mac addresses will create different IP addresses

This is where your plan has flaws.

You would be using the same ISP.

You talk of making many accounts. Now making many accounts, on the same ISP & having a similar range of IP 'numbers' may be enough to cause you to be linked.

If you are thinking of running multiple accounts, sensbily you would think of using different ISPs....

You take the advice from the book, and the knowledge from the forum. Mix them and make the best of making stealth accounts.

Ok yes that makes sense

If i get a new Router how many accounts is 'safe'

Also

How many accounts could i run from one single Router while just switching it on and off for a new IP?

As i say this is just to get things going, I suppose when i decide to make many a couple Dongles will do the trick?

You need 3 separate accounts with 3 access points to the IP provider
