Can't resend invoices. Please help!
Ok, so I got a long term paypal account binned recently, and am back up and running on ebay, using skrill/moneybookers.
The problem is, about 50% of purchases don't go through, as for some unknown reason, the purchasers credit card company holds payment, suspecting fraud (most of my customers are based in the US, so it's an international transaction, with a not that well known processor).
After chatting with the customer, who has spoken to their card company and told them it's ok, I then need to resend the invoice so they can try again. You'd think this would be easy, but my god it is anything but.
NOWHERE, can I find a send invoice button, after a payment has been attempted. It's also not possible to manually invoice them directly through moneybookers for some reason. I tried this once and it auto cancelled.
I read somewhere that if I subscribe to selling manager pro, I'll be able to do this. But this is crazy, right? I shouldn't have to to that for such a simple and basic task.
Can any of you wise folk shed some much needed light on this?
