How safe is using ebay management tool on potentially compromised ip?

Due to regular travel I want to be able to pop into any cafe to manage my ebay messages and view orders and dispatch using a combination of these tools: replymanager, Zenstores, inkfrog

Now, assuming that I have already integrated my ebay with these tools via my safe ip, I would like to know how safe it would be managing my ebay day to day activities through a compromised ip- giving the scenarios above. I dont want a situation my account will be tossed due to my ignorance.

NOTE: I havent tried any of these tools before but from my understanding of them. I can do the following with each of the tools:

replymanager: As it says, manage my messages
Zenstore: Print label
Inkfrog: List/Print label / Possibly managing messages?

Not sure about replymanager since I have never used it but you can manage all your messages from inkfrog w/o any problem. The only problem you will run into with Inkfrog (I dont know if you can with replymanager) you will not be able to deal with open cases, those needs to be replied inside your account...
