paypal error message

I have to submit docs for hitting the receiving limit. getting the following error message when adding my address, name etc... "premier.auto_verification_failed_undefined"
Anybody know what this means and how to get on to next stage?

Try to change your browser. Use firefox also try to clean your cookies

Thanks for reply. I did try this but got the same message. Anybody got any ideas what's going on?
