Anyone else trying to get through to them this morning? Looks like every man and his dog is trying to do the same.

Also noticed they have removed their live chat fromoperation, only call us , or get us to call you is active.

Was 1 minute before i refreshed to see why I still havent received a call, that was an hour ago now.

The estimate is always dreadful. It can be 2/3 times as long a wait sometimes.

Live chat is working fine...just spent an hour talking to a muppet on it about duplicate listings that they removed, that wearnt duplicates. 500+ sales history wiped out in an instant because of a numpty. Good start to the day.

You have the find the link though, I had an old bookmark - couldnt find it on the new interface.

Got lucky when a rep emailed me outside of a case. Archived that $hit and now I'm on the inside

Found a way to get to chat.
Go to help and in the search bar type live chat on the next page there is an option to "chat with us", just follow it from there.

It works iv just used it
