I got my stealth ebay account banned. My PayPal is connected to a savings account, i have a minus balance in MY PayPal now due to returns done by ebay after my account banned. Can Paypal charge from my saving account for the what i owe them? or what would be the situation ?

Eat the loss and pay your fees

They wont take any money out your bank account. Just top up the account by sending the amount owed from another paypal.
