Has any one added a new stlth PP account to an ebay account that was linked to a paypal account that was permanently limited

If so how long did it last for ?

It really depends and is very unpredictable.

That really all depends. I had a papal limited last September. I added a new paypal and collected 13K in the following week. It was a financial saver BUT I also had them get 90 day limitations to withdraw funds and I have had them get an ID request. Now of course I always dumped way too much funds into them.
