i would recommend giff gaff if you have the network (its uk based) it is part of o2 so it works on their dongles

i pay £10 a month for unlimited internt its payasyou go and no contract

perfect 1 dongle one account keep everything seperate

So its perfectly safe to use a mobile dongle obviously a different one for each account.?

We are with virgin media cable modem and cant change our ip

one dongle can do multiple stealth accounts because of the range of ips it gives out ok

I use my smartphone to tether my mobile data to my laptop. If I want a new IP address, I just restart my phone. I seem to get a different IP address each time.

Maybe you could try this if you have a phone with a data package.
