Default Intangible goods/services not covered

One of the buyer opened case with their credit card company for unauthorised transactions,

I provided pp the the delivery email screenshot, date time etc etc.

But still pp closed the case in buyer favour stating

Intangible goods or services are not covered under Seller Protection.

Is there any chance Of winning in this and how

Unauthorized transaction is going to be difficult to fight.

You wrote it: "Intangible good or services are not covered under Seller Protection".

Not much you can do sadly

seller is protected from UA,if he can prove the item has been shipped,not necessarily delivered ,
Proof is a shipping label paid for or carrier receipt,from a commercial carrier.

If he open the chargeback it might be a different policy

Chargebacks can be quite difficult to win regardless of the item

the credit card issuer is the one which decides who wins and you know the chances are high they side with their customer,in some cases,the buyer does not have to return the item,depends on what he told his cc issuer,and nothing Paypal or Ebay can do for you,and that $20 chargeback fee you have to pay

You mean if the intangible item (email delivery) is delivered with actual physical post as well along with email delivery, is so then PP will stand by your side.

But PP states black & white without any mention of proof of delivery in shape of tracking no.
Intangible goods or services are not covered under Seller Protection.

Paypal is assuming intangible goods require no physical delivery,so you dont have an online viewable tracking number from a commercial carrier .
Some sellers have managed t o mail a hard copy of whatever they sold with tracking,but it may have changed,if Paypal said no deal with digital,then it wont take tracking into consideration.
There are some sellers who build website and receive INR dispute,Paypal will have expert evaluate the site if it is up and running or study the codes from hard copy to decide
