UPS shipment
got UPS shipment this morning from USA, some of items are missing from parcel, and some arent working, after testing, I emailed them and got a response saying box was as ordered when it left them..to ship back non-working ones, but the other stuff was not going to be refunded...
what best way to play it, got 2 issues, the missing items and the non-working ones...
I paid by credit card...not sure if ask them to claim on insurance or do partial chargeback, box didnt seem damaged or opened, other than highly taped up
Got a feeling they wont be cooperative, the missing items would have weighed more than then shipment I got, is that relevant...does UPS check the contents or weight in US?
