 A different kind of problem with paypal
Hi,
I have very difficult problem with my recent susspended ebay and paypal account.
I was selling on ebay and there were wii remote controlls chines one I was selling on ebay. Every thing was fine I was dispatching th orders and my sale was 75 orders every day.
When ebay close my account they droped all my listings and I am unable to log last 24 hours sale, Luckly I withdraw the money from paypal account and I have only 50£ in my paypal and the problem is buyer start opening claim now I don't know about last 75 orders as they have been removed from my ebay selling manager.
My account went into 500£ -ve and paypal start giving my details to buyer and saying them there is no money in seller account to refund.
I want to know what is the best way to resolve this should I pay money to the buyer but I don't know who is the genuine buyer as ebay through the mail to every buyer even from last 7 days listing.
2nd If I don't pay this money to buyer what action paypal will take aginst me as I have 2000£ extra for the orders I am unable to dispatch? I cancel DD from my account and the account which was attached to paypal is empty!
