Yep but theres a few problems with that. Firstly I have about 3 dongles I want to unlock, and as I understand it that charge is each for most of them (most dont seem to provide any software), adn I dont want to pay three times...

Plus others.
Would appreciate any help.

I think you can just do it with the Mobile Partner program like I did.

£1.29 x 3 isn't going to break the bank surely

Just to be clear on this post, in order to have an IP address change on a dongle, the dongle needs to be unblocked. Is this correct once it is unblocked then it can every time you use plug it in it create a new IP add is the correct?
Can some one confirm this with me or PM me
thanks

no

almost any, if not all from the shop will change i.p randomly

Unblocking them allows you to use any sim from any network so if another network is offering a better deal just get the sim, it allows you to use a payasyougo sim from your phone also

A unlock dongle: Will allow you to connect to the internet with your SIM card that's in your phone. If you have a data plan on your phone and if the phone takes a SIM card then you can use that SIM card in the unlocked dongle to access internet.

Ive re-topped up this dongle and the top-up only lasts 30 days!!! I did not use it much, last topped up months ago, but theyve changed the T&Cs, seems like all of them are the same now - 3 is comparible, but not as good value for occasional use! dang
