Paypal Phone Verification Problem

Just tried to confirm my soho number on paypal twice. They gave me the same 4 digit code both times but the automated voice said no for some reason or other.

It says you only get 3 chances and i dont have access to the address so i didnt try the 3rd time. I have just emailed paypal and asked can they assist me.

Anyone got any ideas what the problem is here please?

That's truly odd...and obviously you are sure you got the codes put in properly...?

yeah, i used my mobile phone. i have used the same phone before with no problems

I just type it in right and i dont press anythin after the 4 digits?

Yes, it will auto register and confirm.
