Default New paypal topup card

I had an old topup card and used it just to withdraw funds from the PP account rather than put it through a bank account. They discontinued the cards in April and im now being asked to upgrade to a premier account to make use of the new card, when I click the upgrade link it seems they want me to upgrade to a business account?
Has anyone done this and what are the implications?
I dont want to have to give any sort of business info, but it would be nice not to have to put money through my bank account.
This is my personal account by the way.

I had heard the new Paypal card was being rolled out. I think they are being fairly selective at this stage about who it goes to which is why you are being asked to upgrade your account.

I'm not sure about the implications as I only run business accounts anyway.

At this stage of the game you either upgrade or do without the card - but that may change.

It's Mastercard this time, not Visa

The card came today as it happens, again it says 'premier' on the letter, im just interested on how much info they will ask me for if I upgrade to business and if im likely to get an extra tax bill due to it

Can anybody help me with some info on the business account before I sign up, is it worth it?
