Hey guys had 2 paypal account one business one personal, got one closed down about a month ago, new the other one was on its way out, logged on this morning to see this:

18 Jul 2011 Provide business information

18 Jul 2011 Provide proof of delivery

18 Jul 2011 Photo ID

18 Jul 2011 Proof of Address

18 Jul 2011 Provide Invoices

18 Jul 2011 Supplier Contact Info

18 Jul 2011 Resolve issue with related accounts


Is there any point in providing all this when there probably going to shut it down anyway?

This is a diplomatic way of PayPal saying we've done a manual review, we know exactly what's going on and we're preparing to unleash a massive turd on this account and you as an individual. Preferably once you've given us a ton of useful information.

I have never seen: "Resolve issue with related accounts"

As the others said, it is all over on that account.

They may have tried to telephone you. Usually these PP people will ruin accounts if they can not get through. Dumb I know, but that is how they are.

Doubt they would have bother to phone - it's such a simple axe to let fall.
