Block Bidder list - search it in Customer Support. Add him and move on.

Go in customer support and type block bidder..will then bring up the blocked bidder list and you type their username followed by a comma = blocked no more bidding on your items.

Copy down their details in to a file of some form.

Had a few of these animals try come back under different accounts, if you point it out to ebay both accounts can be kicked and the feedback they left is gone
