Direct Debit feature on Ebay

i tried many times to setup direct debit for automatic payment on ebay but everytime at the end it states the following: "unable to process direct debit"

i tried all bank account but still the same message appears, i also cleared cookies and everything and also tried other computers and changed ip address but still same problem

it wont let me list item unless automatic payment is setup, i was able to setup direct debit before using stealth bank account many times until now

Personally I never do th route of EB DD feature for selling set-up. The other ways are better. Have you tried the other routes before?

Route 1: Add a CC to EB

Route 2: Confirm a Bank to PP

Route 3: Add a CC to EB and Confirm a Bank to PP

All 3 routes can be chosen, but nowadays what I do is only Route 2, that way no CC is needed on EB and certainly no DD on EB
