Lifting limits on second account

i have 2 accounts going into one paypal the main one has limits lifted (about 100 sales so far) the other one is limited to 100 listings per month, what is the best way to go about lifting the limits on the second one ?

will they lift them because it it linked to the account that has no limits ?

You can ask them but you run the risk of them then imposing limits on both accounts.

My advice is to leave well alone and let the account with limits grow organically.
