Spending the money in your p/p account anywhere can cause alarm bells to ring with p/p.
No one knows for sure what will trigger a review on a transaction.
My only advice would be to take things slow and easy if it is a relatively new account.

not a new account.
its been arround along time and money has been withrdrawn to bank plenty of times but its my sisters account .
she wont withdraw the cash i have in there because shes being funny about it affecting her benifits etc. i dont think it will as basicly it could go into her account then bank transfer to me so im trying to offload this account.
the account has already had all the drivers licences added and invoices etc becuase paypal asked for them when she sold some high secuirty items like tickets etc, so its all been passed and fully verified.
its my issue with her why i have to spend it rather than her withdraw it, unless any of you guys can think of a good way to get it out i know alot of you on here are very clever guys what do you sugest i could do. cheers

As the p/p account is fully verified you could add another bank account to it that you have access to and withdraw cash that way but don't confirm it with the two deposits.
That way it won't go anywhere near your sisters account

ok that seems a good idea but im selling some slightly iffy items at the moment that i dont want ebay or paypal to see, and hopefully they wont see them unless i get negs or disputes wich i shouldnt do becuase people know what the score is and all pos fb so far,
will adding new bank account make paypal sniff arround agian if i start making withdrawls to a dif account than normal.
also the account i want to add would be in a totaly diff name so would the bank e.g barclyas acspet payments from the paypal in my sisters name.
why do i not verify the deposits? Surely if i dont i will get them sniffing arround no?
finaly
also what kind of sales is called as high sales, atm im making about 100 a day in sales is this classed as alot? or enough to get snooped on again or will the fact that the paypal has already been limited and all the required info has been given so i should get left alone?
thanks in advance NoneOther

You can add more than one bank account to paypal.
Have an active account and paypal might sniff. Avoid 'assuming' because you sorted everything once, it will be OK for the future. paypal strikes at any time
£100 a day is a high volume. Be careful. Re-read what I said above
Pointers:
Get YOUR own accounts going & leave your sister alone
Stop thinking that every buyer you will get in future will be nice.
Consider making more accounts.
I have this feeling you have ALL your eggs in one basket .Basket belongs to your sister.
This plan could come unstuck

i fully understand your points greenbean
i feel exactly the same about this so im trying to be as carefull as possible.
still i dont quite grasp the adding a bank account under a diffrent name to my sisters paypal account,
and why do i not verify the two deposits.
also when adding the 2nd account does it ask for name or does it just want the account number and if it automaticly puts my sisters name as the account name will the bank *barclys) acsept a deposit from paypal that was sent from a diffrent name,
cheers guys

My feeling is that NoneOther (rightly) suggested not confirming with the two deposits to minimise the account being looked at.
The good thing with adding a accounts is that it 'takes' the sort code & account number. It then names the account whatever the existing name is

also still dont understand why the 2 deposits being verified make someone look at the account i thoght it was all automated, guess not
also still not answered about the bank acsepting a payment when its not in the correct name, or does it not work like that does the bank not see any names when reciving money from paypal do they just see it as a paypal payment?

The advice not to verify it has sound reasoning based on many factors.
It is a viable solution that diminishes certain risks to your current situation.
There is no need to confirm an additional bank account as the p/p is already verified. That is the only reason a bank account needs to be confirmed.
Up to you whether you choose to do it that way or not.
Advice is what it is, only advice.

Excuse me, tantrums are my speciality
Ideally your question should have been
I am using the Grand National Bank of Nigeria. Will paypal accept different names?
Which are you considering and what type of account?
ps Grand Bank of Nigeria is great for different names |

no im not one of those anoying nigerian scammers, like i said before its my sisters account and she wont let me withdrawn the cash to her bank becuase she does not want to be investigated for tax and may affect benifts.
i will just open a uk bank account e.g LLOYDS, BARCLAYS, HALIFAX, SANTANDER etc and need to know ones that wont refuse the cash going in under wrong name
thanks

Stay away from LLoy's TSB and you will be fine; all the others are fine with non-matching names. Although they work, I wouldn't use Santander either due to their abysmal customer service in my experience. And be prepared for frustration if you ever go to your Nationwide branch and intend to withdraw with ID only due to leaving your card at home; they will just refuse you until you cancel your card (idiotic, I know). And if you lost it then you can only withdraw £500 on a day. These policies annoyed the sh*t out of me and caused me great inconvenience.
Remember that it is best to open "basic" accounts rather than full current accounts to protect your credit rating when opening multiple in a short space of time, as they have no credit scoring or check. I use the Barclays Card Cash account and managed to open 5 of these and 1 savings account all on the same day.

The majority of UK banks are fine. If you are selling 100 pounds worth of stuff a day STOP immediately. Trust me, you will be banned, the damage could even of been done already..

Still TOO much.
Slow down as the account matures.
