I'm having trouble re adding halifax savers when it's time to withdraw from PayPal. This is currently the case on two 100% stealth paypals. Both banks have already been confirmed, and removed.
Anyone having any similar issues? The message I get says "we're sorry, but we weren't able to confirm your identity and can't let you link a bank account at this time".

Had same problem with natwest/rbs closed all my accs down. Be careful as DD said

If pp just wants a vcc, then seller's vcc from here should be fine here. Or do they want proof of cc e.g. statement?

if it is just a bank adding issue, try a different bank....

as for vcc, if you are based in UK, try 3v card.

which bank allows to easily open more accounts Online? as im going to be in UK only for few weeks i would like to open an account with bank and later on when i need it, open more via Web, instead of physicaly going to bank

How can i open NEW bank account online with (halifax, barclays Or natwest) (i need only one bank) even if they want to switch my account ( i am using at the moment) immediatelly with them? I just want open a new account with them thats all but how can i do it online?

Check the website of each account and make sure they do allow the first account to be opened online.

Or phone the customer service number and ask them.

I went into the branches of the banks I use for the first accounts.
Now everything is done online.

If you are already an existing customer of Halifax, for example, then you can open savers that will serve most purposes if operated correctly. The only bank account I have personally been able to open online as a new customer with no visits into a branch or further requests for I.D was Nationwide, although I do think this is a real 'horses for courses' scenario.

bank of scotland the only 1 who didn't ask me for ID
