ive lost the letter with the code and when i request a new one it wouldnt send me one it says try again in 2 weeks or something. reason why i wanted to call them is to send me the letter as it wouldnt do it from my account.

They probably still won't send it anyway as you have already requested it and because their systems are automated they haven't got the brains to figure out how to send it manually.

i did request it couple months ago, twice, but have misplaced it somewhere at the address. il have a look and ok il give it a miss calling them i think.

update: got my code, punched it in ebay got my limits increased
