This has been happening for years in competitive niches. A seller does not want to compete with lower prices, so he tries to slander the competition by claiming phakes, shoddy merchandise, or whatever to try to get the accounts banned. eBay knows it happens. Sometimes they are helpful.

However, caution IS warranted. You want to be sure your account can withstand the scrutiny, or the end result could be YOUR ACCOUNT getting banned.

This person is an experienced stealther and keep making new accounts however they are abit stupid and it's easy to tell their new accounts

As its all stealth there's no point emailing or writing to them

I have managed to sort them out so far but it seems they are determined to control this nieche

It's getting harder to remove neg feedback tho
