Opening UK bank account online

Is it possible to open UK bank account (good for stealth) using already opened Lloyds account instead of sending proof documents?

Not from Poland.

All banks, if they can't identify you electronically will require ID to open an account*. Very problematic if you are not in the UK.

What's wrong with Polish banks?

I have UK stealth PayPal with some money on it and I need to withdraw it. All I have is real Lloyds accounts, but they didn't allow me to withdraw 300 pounds. At first I managed to withdraw 30 pounds, but when tried to withdraw 300 PP blocked me.

Need to be able to provide ID to the bank if they cannot find you electronically. Need to do this in the UK really.

Lloyds are known to not allow mismatching name deposits.
