WTF is a buyer able to open a case 7 weeks after they paid for an item? i thought the limit was 45 days?

is it a chargeback ? these are allowed

count how many days since payment, not purchase

Buyers can still open cases after 45 days. But, they cannot be esculated.

They simply tme out after 30 days.
