i have the same problem now. I have opened new eBay Stealth, I have waited 30 days to settle account and this message pop out.

It hasn't happened before. I have been doing this all the time. giving 30 day break.

I will give them a call soon and let you know how did that go and what questions they asked.

What sort of item did you try to list?

Message appear once I want to sell an item, I can still view account, check everything only if I want to sell it.

I tried to authorise garage sale and same message appears after login in to my account.

I sell same item ... Lol. I have done it many times.. But this time I didn't even list an item cuz I won't allow me go further without customer support authorisation and number 0800 or sth

Do you think i am being flagged ? :/

Btw I have use my new laptop separate account, I bought new iphone for that, I use Lebara internet an I tether it using miwi ( jail broken )

I will get back to you tomorrow cuz I won't be able to call ebay today...I want to prepare myself to play dumb ass newbie
