unable to change IP address with virgin media

Hello everyone!!!

I've been using virgin superhub and tp-link router to change my my ip.
i've been using for over 6 months without any issue .
i'm now unable to change my ip address.
it keeps showing same IP address .

PLS HELP

i have done exactly the same thing,
i have attached a separate wireless router ( TP-LINK ) to the Super Hub .
I've used it for 6 months without any problem.
but since 4 days i'm unable to change my IP address .
It shows the same IP address every time .

Even if you change the MAC address though the modem?

If that is the case then its very strange

May be worth ringing VM to see if you are now on a Static IP

The modem (super hub) so that it use the new MAC to obtain a new IP.
