I'm just going by low rating on shipping , cases for INR , cancelled transation

@stevebills, what is your projection for September 20, 2014?

I have a Below Standard for Aug 20 and a projection of Above Standard for Sep 20. My account should not be below standard because my defect is only 4.50% now. I think eBay has a glitch honestly.

eBay is causing a mess for seller. If the scramble will be improving defects at the expense of maintaining an account, we are going to see a steep drop in pricing.

can't really see defect rate lasting to be honest, kind of a stupid idea, i went on to chat ealrlier and there were 86 people in queue ahead of me so obviously everyone must be getting it hard with these ratings

one was a sell by date on sugru had expired

had a few say items not arrives and open a case only to get it the next day are they inpatient or what?
had 2 parcels returned to me because they were out

Myhermes has tracking though.

Try keeping the buyers in the loop. Give them the tracking number, answer queries quickly etc

You can save the account, but I would just move on .

I did give buyers tracking numbers but they were out and 2 parcels came back to me

To be fair steve that's pretty horrendous.

Hermes / inpost can't be blamed. YOU made the choice to save £2/£3 on a parcel and now that saving has/WILL cost you an account.

The other defects are quite poor too.

NOPE I HAVE HAD PARCELS CUT OPEN WITH A RAZOR BLADE BY A ROYAL MAIL WORKER LAST YEAR SO HOW CAN U BLAME ME JUSUS

So u see royal mail is no better they employ thieves and they sack one person every day for stealing
