Question about entropay bank transfer

just a question about entropay top up with bank account transfer.

i just tryed this and went onto my online banking and selected bill pay someone and entered entopays account details etc, all went through ok.

my entropay account the funds are not showing what i tranfered earlyer to them by bank transfer ?

is it suppost to go through straight away ?

anyone used the entropay bank account transfer? how long does it take?

I don't have any experience with Entropay, but all of my online transfers/payments take at least one full day to post. On average they take 2-3 days.

I'd give it some time, especially since it's a weekend.

When you did that transfer did you fill in every single part of the entropay form for the bank transfer? The form has many questions, wants IBAN & lots of info to ID the transfer. If you have made an error in that, then the funds go to a suspense account. Suggest you sign back into entropay & raise a support ticket for them to check.

In answer how long does it take? With the transfers I have done, it has taken as long as 30 hours. Not instant like using the credit/debit card option. If you are going to use the bank transfer,think of having a DD on say a fortnightly
basis to 'top' up entropay. Advantage there is the funds go in slightly quicker.

How much do you want to pay them?

Well that sounds fine for the UK. It is entropay that asks for the IBAN, not your own bank.

was panicing a bit when i never seen it show up in entropay as thought the transfer would go through straight away.

Hey dude, I had the same problem. I made a bank transfer to Entropay & was shocked when it didnt go straight on to my account. I was wondering if I messed something up.

All is good now though, the funds have been added (about 3 days later). This was over the weekend so maybe it will transfer quicker on a normal working day?
