UK account Mc011 suspension help needed

Hey guys!

Hope you're all having a good January!

Do we have any EBAY reinstate experts in here?
Basically we had our account temporarily suspended (code Mc011) and ebay asked for proof of ownership of goods, bank statements, proofs of delivery to customers, identification etc.. We have provided all this information but our account is still suspended. I have tried calling, emailing etc and had no luck..

Is there anybody that can help with this or do I need to admit that the account is dead?

You have provided all the info requested and still suspended...feels like not worth more effort. Might be a better idea to restart again - list steps of account creation if you want other ppl to analyze but mc011's are common these days
