How do I structure my Ebay from an office complex?

Guys I have a couple of logical questions.

My office is in a business complex in UK and I believe several other businesses in the complex will be selling on ebay as well. So, I am worried about how this might affect my account. If that is the case, definitely, a couple of them would have had their own share of suspension. While, I have a Dedicated IP Should I be worried about linkage from the address?

2. I am thinking of changing my address by adding an office number to the address, e.g room 12.

3. I created the ebay account one week ago and have been browsing on it. I placed an order yesterday. Do you think its okay if I list a petty item today, like a £2 stuff or shall I wait even more?

4. I am using my real name on this account because it is something I aim to grow to a multimillion £ e-commerce business, selling on several marketplaces and our own websites. So, this account will be using my real ID which I never used with an eBay before, however, my ID is in my address which has had a suspended account. The question here is, how do I navigate ID verification ? Currently, I have only listed my office address in the ebay.
