Well, if you can't remember your email address you signed up with, you may have a bit of trouble signing in , but once you get that sorted out, be sure to listen to TheyGotMeToo, you do not want to link any of your currently valid accounts to this account.
At a minimum make sure you change your IP address, and KEEP TRACK of the one you use to login to your suspended account so you can make sure to NEVER USE IT for one of your valid accounts.
If you only have one user account on your computer for some reason, download and use CCleaner BEFORE and AFTER logging into your suspended account.
If you have multiple user accounts, then you should definitely create a new one for the suspended account and use this user account for EVERYTHING related to the suspended eBay account.
I would login once, supply all of the necessary information, and then just monitor your email inbox for the eBay response. You don't need to login to this account a 2nd time unless they request more info or lift your suspension. Also, make sure you have your email client set up properly to avoid those nasty web beacons in the eBay emails.
Lastly, if you haven't already, I would highly recommend buying and then reading eBay Stealth before you proceed with anything. We have no idea exactly what you have going on, so I'd hate to see you lose one or more valid accounts just because you missed some minor detail.
