Default New eBay Limits?

Hi, i have set up a new stealth eBay account.
But it has a 100 item policy for first 30days, i reached this limit and had to phone eBay to lift the limit to 200 items per 30 Days.

And eBay said that, after 30 days i would need to phone or e-mail tham again to review the account again to lift limits.

They said that will usually it takes 3 reviews now before all limits are removed.

Is this a new eBay policy, and is there a way around this?
So basically need i need to hit 3 months worth of sales with no complaints etc, before i get all limits removed?

Man eBay are making it tougher to get back on

Not a new policy at all - they want to keep new sellers under check. Spread sales across the new accounts.

its 90 days wait until your limited is lifted.

Also need to keep your feedback good and no issues with your account!

So, the 90 day limit is it from when the account is opened, or when the seller account is opened?

If so, best to set sleeper accounts to sellers accounts, than let them hibernate until ready? Or do you have to actually start selling before the limits start?

Thanks
