Hi samsam84,
dont worry about using your own bank accounts to set up your VCC's. You must use your genuine bank account to set up and fund your VCC's but once you have created the VCC in your new 'Stealth' name then you can safely use that with your new 'Stealth' ebay / paypal accounts.
However you will most likely need to create a new genuine bank account to get your paypal account verified. You can open an account in your own name and then when you register it with paypal all you do is give them the sort code and account number of the new bank account along with your new 'Stealth' name. Paypal dont actually use your name when they deposit the 2 small amounts into your new bank account as part of the verification process so it doesnt matter what the name is.
I know it can be a lot to take in at the moment if you are new to this, I would honestly recommend buying the ' eBay Stealth' manual if you havent already. I never bought it, but I wish I had done as it took me many months to figure out what to do to get back selling on ebay / paypal. In the process of fumbling my way through I ended up losing a couple of accounts as I didnt understand all the potential pitfalls that can lead to you linking your new 'Stealth' account to your old suspended account.
