New Stealth PayPal on Old EBay Account?

I have an eBay account that I’ve had for 4 years, have over 1700 feedback and have a good amount of return customers. I sell items that are anywhere between £1 and £200.

I *think* my PayPal account (with genuine details) has been limited, although I’ve had no notification and nothing showing on PayPal, so I am considering creating a stealth PayPal account.

What I’d like to know is whether I can use a stealth PayPal account with my existing eBay account, or will using the same eBay account cause the two PayPal accounts to be linked?

Thanks - I thought that would be the case. I'm hoping my account hasn't been limited but I just don't know at the moment.
