PP asking for id so I could withdraw after 180 days limitation, what options?

Hi everyone
180 days after pp limitation I called customer service, they send me a link and asked to upload id photo
Pp was stealth with few typos on name and surname, dob, address is different too (1-2 letters, numbers per word)
Pp was limited when the docs were submitted to remove eu limitation
Should I go creative again or submit my real id which would differ from the 1st one (creative) I submitted?
Has anyone tried sumbitting different docs than previously used? Did it work?

What error does it give you when you try and withdraw online?

Some said if you hire a lawyer,he can argue that names do not have to match,

But what error does it give you when you withdraw sometimes it is IP issue which can be solved without giving ID?
