BEFORE i add my bank account to paypal, few questions.

ive been suspended from paypal before.
they asked for supplier info, my passport, utility bill and i provided all them but they still suspended me.

before i add my last remaining bank account to paypal to verify another paypal account, whats the best way to do it?

just use my real name and address, or change it slightly, or complete made up name and address?

i think its only ebay who link you and ban you for having more than one account, i dont think paypal do do they?

The bank account has to be in your real name.

You match the ebay/paypal names.(Not your real name). The name is not seen by paypal unless you have used Lloyds. The address must be an address that you have access in case of items return or mail from ebay/paypal.

Have you made sure the account allows direct debit?

yes the bank account is in my real name, it my working bank account.
yes the account accepts direct debits its a joint current account.

i was just wondering if i should setup a paypal in a different name/address and use my real bank account, or use my real name address.

if i use a different one, how much can be put through the account before pp want extra info?
