Never ending paypal case
im currently undergoing a dispute for an item sold outside of ebay
the buyer filed a SNAD complaining that part of what i sold did not work
In good will and obviously to resolve the issue, i sent a replacement which i personally checked myself however this was not enough the buyer said that the replacement was no good and escalated the case to Paypal
This case started on the 29/11 ending has been extended TWICE and still ongoing now with the following message

A claims specialist is reviewing your case.
What happens next
We'll contact you with any developments or if we require additional information from you by 13 Feb 2012
I don't know why its taking so long but its making me quite paranoid as i have other accounts.
Should i be concerned?
