Hi there

I have a stealth account and want to increase eb selling limits. Eb want to send a letter to stealth address, so am I able to change the address to one where I can collect the letter?

Not really a good idea. It may well flag the account.

Really it is better to sell to your account limits and wait for the natural limit increase to come.
