How bad is the situation when you receive a notice from pq-sv-appeal@amazon
Hi guys, i had an Inauthentic complaint two months ago. Then I removed all related listings. I had another Inauthentic complaint yesterday, this item was purchased two months ago. Then i received a performance notification today. They usually ask to email seller-performance-policy, but this time is pq-sv-appeal@amazon.com. Anyone know how bad is the situation when you ask to email pq-sv-appeal@amazon.com? Thanks

I have been told that to notify seller performance team that you are working to resolve the problem and prevent it happening again in the future, not sure which email to respond to tho.
